The Practice

A practice built around you - not a product.

Andrew has built his practice on two types of clients: business owners navigating growth and transition, and families planning for their retirement and their legacy. In both cases, the goal is the same - a plan that actually reflects your life.

As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor, Andrew is specifically trained to integrate business and personal wealth planning - a discipline that most financial advisors simply don't have. That means business owners get a partner who understands that their company and their personal finances are the same conversation, not two separate ones.

Andrew's mission is to help clients design a plan that works toward minimizing their taxable exposure, growing toward their retirement objectives, and creating a legacy for those who matter most to them.

What Drives This Work

Three commitments. Every client. Every time.

These aren't marketing words. They're the operating principles Andrew has applied since 2011 - and the reason clients stay for years, not just transactions.

Honesty

You'll always know where you stand - what's working, what needs attention, and what Andrew recommends, and why. No jargon, no surprises, no telling you what you want to hear.

Integrity

As an independent advisor, Andrew has no proprietary products to push and no quotas to meet. Every recommendation exists because it's right for you - nothing else.

Empathy

Building a business is personal. So is planning for retirement. Andrew takes the time to understand your full picture before suggesting anything - because a plan built on assumptions isn't really a plan.

Andrew in the community
Family, Community & Service

The same values in the office and out of it.

Andrew believes the character an advisor brings to their community is the same character they bring to your financial plan. Outside the office, he is deeply committed to causes that reflect what he values most.

  • Co-partner and Board Member, Step-Up Ministry - a local employment and life skills program with a focus on financial literacy in the Raleigh community
  • Deacon, Vintage Church Downtown - serving his church community in Raleigh, NC
  • In his free time you'll find him at the gym or on his bike - and a proud husband and father of two.
Is This a Fit?

Who Andrew works best with.

Successful financial planning starts with the right fit. Here's an honest picture of the clients Andrew serves best - and the situations where he can make the most meaningful difference.

Small Business Owners

You've built something real. You want someone who understands that your business and your personal finances are intertwined - and can build a plan that treats them that way.

Pre-Exit Entrepreneurs

You're 3-10 years from a possible transition and want to start planning now, not after it's too late to meaningfully improve the outcome.

Pre-Retirees & Families

You're within 15 years of retirement and want clarity - a real income plan, a tax strategy, and a legacy that reflects what you care about most.

Values-Driven Individuals

Faith, community, and integrity matter to you in a business relationship. You want an advisor who sees the whole person, not just the portfolio.

Not sure if it's a fit?

Start with a no-obligation conversation. Andrew will tell you honestly whether he thinks he can help - and if he can't, he'll point you in the right direction.
